A loop around Bobbin head - good distance for endurance, nice hills, and some pretty water views of Cowan Creek and some engravings.
We train weekly as a social group in a natural setting. Training is a combination of interval and endurance on bush tracks, with backpacks for added resistance. We train for a predictable time (2 or 3 hours) and generally cover at least 10km and 500m ascent.
