A varied rollercoaster up and down and around the firetrails and single track of Sydney's north shore, with streams and valley views.
We train weekly as a social group in a natural setting. Training is a combination of interval and endurance on bush tracks, with backpacks for added resistance. We train for a predictable time (2 or 3 hours) and generally cover at least 10km and 500m ascent.
A loop walk along Middle Harbour up towards Cascades, before climbing out via the high points of Davidson
